ayurvedic head massage 60min $90

The Ayurvedic Head Massage, also called Shiroabhyanga, is an aromatic warm oil massage of the upper chest, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp. This unique massage allows for healthy circulation of blood to flow through the tissues and glands and creates deep healing and nourishment to the emotional and mental body by relaxing the nerves starting at the head. Massaging both sides of the head allows for balanced communication between the hemispheres of the brain. The massage also begins at the heart and moves toward the head, which will also create a balance of these important energetic centres creating a feeling of harmony, joy, gratitude and lightness.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing method that helps facilitate the natural healing ability of the mind, body, soul and promotes a feeling of rest, balance and harmony. Reiki comes from the words Rei - Universal or Higher Intelligence and Ki - Life Force, Energy. We channel the Reiki and tune into the energetics of your chakras and field to help activate and redirect their flow in order to create more alignment, harmony and balance. When the body and mind are in a relaxed and receptive state to receive the energy, the body and its innate intelligence will begin to naturally adjust itself. I have been attuned as a Reiki practitioner and have been provided ancient healing symbols for the possibility of profound healing.

Ultimately Reiki is an energetic tune up or adjustment. It’s an activation, balancing and alignment of your energy helping your field to be more spacious, harmonious and cohesive.

Facial reflexology is a faculty of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves the application of pressure and massage to specific acupuncture points on the face. This traditional healing system is making its way into the mainstream as an alternative method to everything from stress reduction, sleep hygiene, anti-aging, and more.

In (TCM), the face is the command centre for the body and will send vital energy to your living systems and organs. The concept of facial reflexology is that there are meridian points on the face, these meridians are the energetic highways that correspond with various organs in the body.
